OUR SERVICES
ART REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Artwork should be submitted in VECTOR FORMAT. We accept artworks created in CorelDraw®, Adobe Illustrator® or Macromedia Freehand®.
Raster images are generally not accepted (JPG, GIF, BMP and TIFF), due to a low quality outcome. If the artwork is hi-res (at least 200dpi - at full size) we can use it, however if there is more then 1 colour, artwork charges will apply!
Vector elements can be enlarged to any size retaining the crispness at all times.
Supply us with the sizing of the print. It's important to consider that the size of the print will work on all sizes. What looks good on a Large adults shirt will not look good on a small childs shirt. It is most likely there would be 2 setups involved in this instance, which adds to the overall cost.
If you would prefer us to scale the print to what we think will look best, please supply us with the sizes / dimensions of the items. To do this we also have to know your budget, whether you want to get by on 1 setup cost, or to have numerous setups per size range.
Technical notes:
All fonts must be converted to outlines. Please make sure that there is no overprint on your logos.
Please use spot colours in your artwork. If there are numerous colours in the artwork which are to be printed as 1 colour, ensure they are all the same cmyk value, or spot colour (otherwise charges will apply).
Colours must be given as a Pantone number. If you don't have access to a Pantone swatch book click here for the list of colours.
We also accept fabric swatches for colour matching purposes. Although we do our best in matching a colour, there is no guarantee of a 100% match. Please make sure you are aware of the inacurracy of choosing colours off the computer screen. All monitors display differently, which is why we advise reffering to a Pantone book.
Make sure that when you are selecting PANTONE colours from your swatch library, select from the PANTONE solid coated (e.g. PANTONE 128 C)
We provide free allotted design time with every order but please note that excessive artwork changes, file conversions and logo or artwork modifications will be billed at an hourly rate of $60.
Files can be emailed to sales@naturalart.com.au If file is larger then 10MB please send a CD/DVD. When everything is supplied, we put it together and send you an art approval form. You need to sign this form and fax or mail it back to us, we cannot proceed with your order until we have this form back. NOTE: You are solely responsible for observing the legal rights to use copyrighted material.
ARTWORK GUIDELINES
In order to find a company logo in vector format, try contacting the AD Agency, or Design Studio in charge of printed company literature. All logos are usually created in a vector format. Most of the time logos have specific guidelines and PANTONE® colours. If the PANTONE® colours are not part of our standard colours, additional charges apply to colour match a specific PANTONE.
